At Mind Elevation Designs, we strive to offer the highest quality shipping experience. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Woodstock, GA, and take 1-3 business days to process. We have partnered with USPS to deliver your products in a safe and timely manner.

Return & Exchange Policy
We are dedicated to making sure our products provide the best personal experience. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please note the following:
-Any returned products must be in the same condition you received it (items must have no signs of wear and tear) for a full refund or exchange.
-You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
-You are responsible for all return shipping costs. (We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost in transit. Please keep your proof of postage or return tracking number when shipping back your returns).
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items:

(We are not responsible for damaged or defective packages resulting from errors made by our shipping carriers but will work with you to find the best solution).
